the vast void that makes up a silence is actually filled with loud screams of unmade decisions. silence is the storm that precedes the lull of certainty.
once a decision is made, existence hits a plateau of complacency. then comes the doubt. and then the storm of silence again.
whenever u see a silent person, be sure the wheels of a human mind are screaming for expression.
